Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of this year. Johnny sent Jake out after normal hours and he arrived with a great attitude and desire to assist. Jake made two trips to our house that evening, and he was able to get the A/C running again with a "rescue motor" , because our unit was older. Upon Jake's recommendation, we have ordered a new unit to replace our old unit. It will be installed soon. Johnny and Jake made our evening and the days after much better than I anticipated when the unit went out.
