Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of this year. Johnny sent Jake out after normal hours and he arrived with a great attitude and desire to assist. Jake made two trips to our house that evening, and he was able to get the A/C running again with a "rescue motor" , because our unit was older. Upon Jake's recommendation, we have ordered a new unit to replace our old unit. It will be installed soon. Johnny and Jake made our evening and the days after much better than I anticipated when the unit went out. Josh was great! Called before he got here and knew pretty much immediately what was wrong with my heat pump and quickly fixed it. He even used my pruners to cut down a huge weed that I didn’t have enough muscle to cut. Thanks Josh!!! Read Less

Jake has been out here twice, in March for the heat and now for the AC(storm damage this time) He calls first, arrives promptly, works fast and efficiently and takes care of the problem in no time.
