Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of this year. Johnny sent Jake out after normal hours and he arrived with a great attitude and desire to assist. Jake made two trips to our house that evening, and he was able to get the A/C running again with a "rescue motor" , because our unit was older. Upon Jake's recommendation, we have ordered a new unit to replace our old unit. It will be installed soon. Johnny and Jake made our evening and the days after much better than I anticipated when the unit went out. My two year old HVAC stopped working and off course when the weather starts to heat up again. I made a call to Trane and they dispatched EJ Thompson out. My HVAC repairman was John and he was AMAZING. He took the time to answer my questions, let me vent and just overall took a very stressful situation and made it so much better. Jake has been out here twice, in March for the heat and now for the AC(storm damage this time) He calls first, arrives promptly, works fast and efficiently and takes care of the problem in no time.
